Tobacco Smoking Cessation

Quitting smoking is one of the most important steps an individual can take to improve their health. This is real no matter how old one is or how long one has smoked. Many people who smoke become addicted to a substance known as nicotine. Nicotine is a chemical or drug that is naturally found in tobacco. This chemical can make it hard to quit smoking. But for countries like Malawi, Smokers independently utilize local smokeless products as tools to quit or reduce harm caused by tobacco smoking.
